The new Yahoo! Mobile portal has been officially launched.
Located at new.m.yahoo.com, the site offers a one-stop shop for a range of Yahoo! services, including email, social networking and search, as well as carrying interactive ads from leading brands.
It is currently available in the US, Canada, the UK, Germany, France, India, Indonesia and the Philippines, although more markets will be able to gain access to the portal over the next few months, Yahoo! said.
The internet services company has also launched a new app for the iPhone offering similar access to its online offerings.
It plans to launch a Yahoo! Messenger iPhone app in the US in due course.
"Consumers around the globe are demanding compelling mobile internet services that offer increased personalisation," commented David Ko, senior vice-president of Yahoo! Mobile.
Mobile users can already access the Yahoo! Go app for all-in-one access to the company's services, such as Yahoo! oneSearch, Yahoo! Mail and Flickr.
