PHP/HTML Developer: £22k - £35k per annum

An opportunity to work alongside some of the most talented and innovative developers in the industry where you will constantly be challenged and pushed to find innovative solutions within strict time and budget constraints. 

All of our developments are built using XHTML with CSS for layout, and complying to all W3C guidelines. Whilst we occasionally use other technologies, such as Perl or ASP.Net, our primary development environment is PHP utilising the Symfony framework running under Apache/Nginx on Linux, so prior knowledge of Symfony would be advantageous.

A good knowledge of SQL databases is required, in particular MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Above all a can do attitude is required where the successful candidate will always find a way of solving a given problem, no matter how improbable it would seem to begin with.

Whilst qualifications will be taken into account with both roles, we are primarily interested in demonstratable ability of prospective candidates.  Therefore we are going to ask you to take 45 minute test as part of your first interview. This test will cover HTML, CSS, and PHP skills.

Additional Information:

- Salary will depend upon a candidates skill and experience.

- Due to our rural location ownership of a car would be advantageous.

- Only UK residents or those with existing work permits will be considered.
