The Importance of calendars

Firstly, we'd like to extend a very warm welcome to Alex Ball, our new lead developer.  Alex has joined us to oversee all future developments, and guiding us as a company technically.

All this change has got us thinking however.  Until now we have all maintained calendars on our phones, or our mail clients.  This has been great in that we all know where we are and what we are supposed to be doing.  However, the missing link was the fact that everyone else didn't know where you were or what you were doing.

To solve this, all having iPhones, we now sync our calendars up to google mail, where we can all view each other's calendars.  This is working great as we can now give far more accurate information on availability of people to clients phoning up.
