Pure Innovation began in 2003 producing customer relationship management (CRM) systems for the recruitment, retail and loans industries. These applications were large scale web based solutions and bespoked to an individual clients requirements.
From 2005 to 2007 Pure Innovation successfully developed and deployed a number web based CRM systems exclusively for loan brokers. These systems streamlined an entire office's work-flow allowing employees to work more quickly and more efficiently than previously possible.
During this time Pure Innovation were also called on by other web agencies to consult on and often build e-commerce websites for a number of high visibility clients. With the combination of web based CRM and Website development, Pure Innovation's team have an excellent understanding of the majority of web technologies.
With the advent of the global credit issues in 2008 and downturn of the loans industry, Pure Innovation decided to concentrate exclusively on producing commercial websites.
